I have worked within the health industry for 8 years, beginning in the arena of mental health, and now focusing on healing the body and mind using nutritional medicine.


I originally graduated from City University (London) with a BSc (hons) in Psychology, and later from Thames Valley University (London) with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine. As well as consulting, I provide training to people within the health industry, for example, owners of health shops and gyms. I also do workshops, talks and occasional lecturing.

I have the advantage of being a member of the IWDL (Individual Wellbeing Diagnostic Laboratory), and can therefore arrange for a multitude of diagnostic tests including full allergy profiles (blood test), hormone profiles (saliva test), hair analysis, stool analysis including parasites and Candida Albicans as well as further tests.
